The ancient city of Phaselis
Phaselis was founded in the 7th century BC by people from Rhodes. The city existed until the 13th century, reaching its maximum prosperity during the Roman Empire. After the invasion of the Seljuk Turks and the earthquake that followed it, the inhabitants gradually moved to the actively developing Antalya and Alanya. The ruins of a theater, an ancient agora and pagan temples, an aqueduct, the remains of a fortress wall of the 3rd century and the ruins of a Byzantine basilica have survived to this day.

The ancient city of Olympos
Another Lycian city located near Kemer. It existed much less than Phaselis - until the 7th century. Numerous Arab raids on these lands contributed to the decline. The ruins of Olympos are poorly preserved. Today, the ancient remains of stone buildings are abundantly overgrown with grass. The main attraction of the surroundings is Mount Yanartash, on the slopes of which fire is constantly burning.

Port of Kemer
The city port is one of the largest marinas on the coast of Turkey. The berth of the marina is designed for several hundred ships. Ataturk Boulevard
The main street of Kemer, named after the famous Turkish politician and reformer Mustafa Kemal, who stood at the origins of modern Turkey. There is a monument in his honor on the boulevard. The alley consists of three parts. The first is built up with five-star hotels, the second is a promenade from the center to the bus station, the third houses numerous shops, souvenir shops, restaurants and a market.

Clock tower
The tower is almost entirely built of white stone, which gives it a very picturesque look. The building is considered a symbol of Kemer and one of its main attractions. Fiery mountain Yanartash
An outstanding natural attraction that has been surprising tourists and researchers for many years. The fact is that flames constantly flare up on the slopes of the mountain as a result of spontaneous combustion of gases coming to the surface. According to ancient Greek legend, the terrible fire-breathing monster Chimera with the head of a lion and the body of a goat languishes in the bowels of the mountain. She was defeated by the mythical hero Bellerophon.

Goynuk Canyon
A picturesque natural area equipped with hiking trails and perfectly adapted for outdoor activities. Cable car "Olympos Teleferik"
The cable car opened in 2007. It leads to the top of Mount Tahtali, from where a magnificent circular panorama opens. The lower station is located at an altitude of more than 700 meters above sea level, the upper one - at an altitude of more than 2300 meters. The total length of the cable car exceeds 4000 meters, which makes it one of the longest in the world. For an hour, the construction transports about 470 people, the travel time is 10 minutes.

Mount Tahtali
The summit is part of the Western Taurus mountain system and belongs to the Beydaglary ridge. Translated from Turkish, the name of the mountain means "board". Tahtali rises above Kemer and its surroundings, being the dominant feature of the entire landscape. The mountain reaches a height of 2365 meters. It can be climbed on foot, but the most popular way is to get there by the OlymposTeleferik cable car.

Cape and lighthouse Gelidonia
The cape is located 60 km from Kemer. This is a fantastically beautiful place with classic Mediterranean nature. The rocky coast here is covered with pine groves and heather thickets; a chain of small islands stretches along the coastline. In 1936, a nine-meter lighthouse was built on the cape, which has been monitored by a Turkish family for more than 80 years. This craft is passed down from generation to generation.
